Modern apartment at Berburry Hotel, Torquay

This stylish place to stay is perfect for a couple for a short getaway. Located within a small hotel, it offers private, self-catered accommodation with the added benefit of access to the hotel facilities and gardens. Spacious bedroom with king size bed, bathroom with bath and shower and separate lounge with dining table and and kitchenette. 5-minutes walk to the beach and 15-minutes walk to the main harbour area with it's many bars and restaurants. The space Please note that the apartment is located below the hotel lounge bar and dining room and therefore may be subject to some noise from guests moving around above. We are only able to accept a maximum of 2 persons and our minimum age for children is 12 years old as this is also the policy for the hotel. Other things to note Please note the following: There are limited cooking facilities and due to fire and insurance regulations, guests are not permitted to use their own equipment. Children over 12 years old only and the apartment accommodates a maximum of 2 persons in total. There are steps down to the apartment and therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility difficulties. Please note that the apartment is located below the hotel lounge bar and dining room and therefore may be subject to some noise from guests moving around above.
