The location The exclusive and light-flooded apartment is located in a south-west location on the first floor of house 5. The Baltic Sea is practically on the doorstep - in just 200 meters you can reach the fine sandy, kilometer-long beach of Boltenhagen. The pier and spa park are within a few minutes' walk. In the immediate vicinity you will find shopping, restaurants and cafes as well as numerous leisure activities and destinations. Hiking and cycling trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities as well as versatile events, such as the popular Seebrückenfest, guarantee an eventful holiday for the whole family. The amenities The bright and modern non-smoking apartment has underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven and microwave, as well as a dining area. In the spacious living area there is a double sofa bed (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with Blu-ray player. Both separate bedrooms are each equipped with a modern box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be set up for a fee and on request you can book a high chair. The stylish bathrooms each have a walk-in shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror and towel radiator. The apartment has a spacious hallway with a wardrobe. On the sunny balcony equipped with garden furniture and parasol, you can relax, sunbathe and sit together. The balcony is accessible from the living-dining area. Except for a threshold to the balcony, the apartment is designed to be barrier-free. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at reception for a small rental fee. Our guest reception with reception and lounge is located in the in-house café 'Up Wiek'.
