Private back yard with covered patio make enjoying the landscaped yard easy during any season. This home comes fully stocked during your stay. Two flat screen TV's, high speed WiFi, large laundry room with washer and dryer, coffee and Nespresso machine, air fryer, crock pot, Caraway pots and pans with every utensil you need! The space Two King Beds & Two Queen. Comfortable memory foam mattresses in all bedrooms. Two living areas with flat-screen smart TV's. Main living room features Xbox Series X, with games. Blackout shutters throughout the entire home. Indoor and Outdoor dining areas. Coffee Maker, Nespresso Machine, Air Fryer, Crock Pot, Toaster, Caraway cookware, wine opener and a wide array of cookware and utensils. Board games in entryway closet Fire Pit with firewood in back yard Oversized connect 4 game on back porch. RV parking pad on side of home that is great for travel trailer, boat, motorhome and RV's. Big back yard that is fully fenced and landscaped Pool has a locking gate. Pool remains locked during winter months and will be open from June 1st through September 30th. Garage and one closet in home remain locked for surplus supplies. Guest access Access the property with a 4 digit code that works with the smartlock on the front door. Your code will be sent prior to check in, and will be activated at check in time, then deactivated at checkout time. We will attempt to set your code using the last 4 digits of your phone number associated with your account if it is listed, if not we will generate a random code. Other things to note The home features a security system with exterior cameras covering driveways and exits of the home and are active. Guests have access to the security panel during stay. Fire place is not for guest use, but the home does feature a fire pit in the back yard. Car rental available upon request.
