The space Welcome to Joy’s house, a quiet and charming three bedroom house that is great for large or multiple families. You will have access to the whole single story house (minus garage). The house is located on the edge of town with beautiful mountain views and minimal neighbors. The master bedroom has a king bed with a brand new 14” mattress purchased in June 2024. This master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other two bedrooms and second bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and large closet, and is close to the second bathroom and third bedroom. The third bedroom has a new queen over queen bunk bed. The bottom bunk has a regular queen mattress, and the top bunk has a 6” mattress and a 250 pound weight limit, making the top ideal for a single smaller adult or teen, or a few kids. There is also a pack and play in the closet of the third bedroom for babies. The third bedroom also contains a small desk for remote work. There are two bathrooms. The master en-suite bathroom has a large garden bathtub and separate stand up shower. The second bathroom is next to the other two bedrooms down the hall and has a shower/tub combo. There are plenty of towels and toiletries supplied as well as a hair dryer. There is a pack and play crib in the closet of the third bedroom as well as many toys, books, and other supplies for young children. The living room has a large smart TV and sectional couch. There is a large kitchen, living room, and dining room, which are great for cooking and socializing. The dinner table seats 6 and the kitchen bar counter seats an additional 4 people. The well stocked kitchen has a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, pots and pans, wine glasses, dishes, and lots of spices and cooking supplies. There is a high chair booster seat and kids dinnerware in the bottom kitchen drawer. The home has a washer and dryer, multiple heating sources, AC, and Wi-Fi. The back patio has a propane barbecue, and the back yard is private but not entirely fenced in, as it is open to the front on one side. No garage access for guests at this time. There are two parking spots in the driveway and street parking is also allowed. Guest access You will have access to the entire single story house, except for the garage. There are two driveway parking spots. The house has a front and back yard with a large deck and propane BBQ for outdoor grilling and dining. No garage access. Other things to note The house has a washer and dryer, AC, WiFi, a smart TV, a propane BBQ, and a bunch of supplies for young kids including toys, games, a pack and play and a high chair booster seat. There are 4 stairs to get inside the house from the front door but no stairs inside the house.
