Enjoy your stay in this centrally located gem of a studio in Helsinki with high ceilings, a functioning fireplace, unique interior, spacious views and access to sauna. This home is a rare find located in a building from 1908:the old fireplace, wooden floors, unique design interiors and luscious plants creates a special ambience. Equipped with a fully equipped and modern kitchen & bathroom, located in the trendy Kallio district next to tram stations it has all you can wish for. The space This apartment is a 35square meter studio in Helsinki’s Kallio district, its excellent floor plan, open views and high ceilings makes it feel more spacious. The kitchen and bathroom are modern and fully equipped with high quality equipment including a dish washer, gas stove, oven and a laundry machine (has integrated dryer) If needed the sofa can well be used for sleeping, by removing the pillows but it is not a bed sofa. The bed is comfortable and new 140 cm double bed. There is a beautiful, old fireplace in the apartment, that is available for use for guests with experience handling fireplaces. The big windows let in a lot of natural light. There is reliable Wifi available. Upon request the building sauna can be booked for a fee of 10 euros, provided that there is availability. Guest access The whole apartment Other things to note There is a new elevator in the building. There is a good selection of books in English, Swedish, Finnish and a few in Spanish that the guests can enjoy during their stay. A few closets or shelves have personal items as this apartment is my home.
