The living room features upscale contemporary furnishings brand new flooring with a nice area rug and opens out onto the Gulf front balcony. The updated dining table seats six and additional seating for three is available at the bar. The master bedroom furnishings consist of a lovely dark hardwood set featuring a king bed, interior plantation shutters, and hardwood floor. The guest bedroom has both a built in twin over twin bunk and queen bed, interior plantation shutters and all new flooring as well. The guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combo, upgraded lighting, and new floors. The master bathroom has a beautifully tiled contemporary walk-in shower, a new vanity, and superior vanity lighting!
