Dock for use for swimming, fishing and boat tie up. French doors open to a large screened porch looking out on Lake Hartwell. A gas grill and bicycles are available. Parking for 1 car in the driveway close to your private entrance. The space The screened porch looks out on the water with several seating areas where you can read a book, play games, enjoy a beverage or hhave dinner. All rooms have ceiling fans for your comfort. Guest access 1 parking place is available at the bottom of the driveway near your private entrance. Other things to note 3 bicycles are available, but you will need to bring your own helmets. If bringing a boat, we are only a 10 minute boat ride from the closest launch. The launch area is a 4 mile drive from your rental. Dock has tie up space available.
