The space This is a 2-story home that was totally rebuilt in 2017 and you are renting the entire upper floor. It is located on a bluff in Pacific Beach, adjacent to La Jolla and 1.2-miles from the beach (and no crazy traffic on my street)! The main house has its own private entrance with three en-suite bedrooms, a powder room, gourmet kitchen with Miele appiances and a great room living room. It can sleep 6 people (two in each bedroom). There are various outside spaces with unbelievable, unobstructed 180° views from downtown San Diego to La Jolla. The upstairs deck has a custom firepit and gourmet BBQ, one of the lower decks has a sitting area with a dining table that seats six, two chaise lounges, outdoor heater and a BBQ. The third deck features a luxurious 6-person spa. Outdoor spaces are 420 friendly (but no smoking inside the unit, please). Guest access Guest have full access to the upper floor of the house (approx. 3,000 sq ft) as well as the 2-car detached garage. They also have access to all of the outdoor spaces, including the firepit and spa. Other things to note No parties or large gatherings (this is a quiet residential area).
