L'Ecrin Marin - Etretat Beach

Welcome to our charming family home! Here, we invite you to make yourself at home, while enjoying the beach of Etretat (a few steps away) in complete relaxation. The bedrooms consist of a queen size bed in the master bedroom, located on the 1st floor and 3 single beds on the 2nd floor. A hammock and a travel cot are also available. The bathroom has a shower and the kitchen is open to the living room, which is spacious. The space You will enjoy a traditional Etretataise house in brick and flint on 2 floors, in a quiet courtyard within 50 m of the beach. The house is bright and faces southwest (sun in the morning and afternoon). Great for a family vacation. Guest access For the record, the house was the annex of the old Hauville hotel in the 1900s (see the black and white photo). Other things to note You also have everything you need to cook and we offer you welcome coffee and tea! An outdoor space, in front of the accommodation, is also available. No parties are allowed in the accommodation, and we will deduct 300 euros directly from your deposit if a cigarette smell is found. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This is an old, narrow fisherman's house, located by the sea, therefore exposed to humidity. It is therefore equipped with a CMV (Controlled Mechanical Ventilation) located in the bathroom, which operates continuously, to ensure healthy air in all rooms of the house. It is also equipped with wooden floors, wooden staircase and solid wood floors, obviously noisy when you walk! We are also not responsible for noise pollution in the city center and the neighborhood (traffic, works, tourists, etc.). It is also good to remember that Etretat is a very touristy town, especially in summer, so possibly lively and noisy. We therefore do not accept complaints about these usual noise nuisances of the daily life of an old house. The house is equipped with a regularly maintained gas boiler, with a connected thermostat (managed by the owner) that allows to maintain a temperature of the accommodation at more than 19°C. In accordance with the recommendations of the French government concerning the energy efficiency of residences, please take into account that we do not overheat the house accordingly.
