Guest access Guests have full private access to their room. The kitchen, bathroom, and toilet are shared with other guests. During your stay We are available from 9 am to 12 am daily on chat in case anything is needed. Staff is on duty from 10:00–14:00 only. Issues after 14:00 will be fixed the next morning. Other things to note 🚭 Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the property. 🐾 Pets are not permitted, even though we love them. 📺 The TV is a Smart TV with Wi-Fi access; cable channels are not available. 🍳 Basic cooking items such as oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. 🍽️ Please note that there is no dishwasher available in the apartment. ❤️ €2 per stay are collected in trust for Human Relief and fully forwarded. 📄 For stays over 21 nights, a rental agreement contract is required by Austrian law.
