Excellent transport connections (trams, metro) to Helsinki city center and various areas can be found nearby, and the West Harbor terminal is located next door. The area also offers a great selection of grocery stores. Enjoy park views from the spacious balcony, relax in your own sauna, or work at the remote work station. The apartment has an equipped kitchen and modern decor. The space The apartment was completed in 2020 and is 52 square meters in size. The apartment is very quiet and located on the 4th floor. The interior of the apartment is modern and offers a cozy atmosphere. The living room and open kitchen form a unified space, featuring a round table that comfortably seats 4 people for dining. The space also has a large sofa that can be used as a bed. Additionally, the space has a modern office chair and an electric desk (140cm wide and 70cm deep) with an additional monitor, for example, for remote work. The apartment has a fast WIFI connection. In the bedroom, there is a 160x200 cm double bed. The bedroom closet space is not available for guests; it is the personal space of the apartment owner. Guests can use the hallway closet space for storing clothes and personal belongings. Sleeping arrangements in general: - Double bed 160x200 cm (2 people) - Sofa 80x200 cm (1 person) - Air mattress 150x200 cm (1-2 people depending on whether guests want to use the sofa) The spacious bathroom has a shower and a private sauna, providing an excellent place to relax at the end of the day. The apartment also has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There is ample space for clothes and shoes in the hallway closets. The apartment has a balcony where you can relax on a large sofa or, for example, enjoy your morning coffee at the outdoor table. Guest access The entire apartment is privately available for guests to use, excluding the bedroom, living room and bathroom closets, which are private for the owner. Other things to note For 1-2 person reservations, the bedroom bed will be made up in advance. Pillows, blankets, and sheets are provided and ready for guests. For bookings of 3-4 people, accommodation is arranged as follows, according to the guest's preferences: - Bed (2 people) - Sofa (1 person) - Air mattress (1-2 people) In these cases, bedding is readily available for the guests in the appropriate quantities. The bedroom bed will be made up in advance. The apartment has a Moccamaster coffee maker. A LIDL store is located next to the apartment (3-minute walk).
