The space Welcome to our 145 sq m 2-floor maisonette, nestled in the welcoming Universal area of Paphos. Ideal for groups of friends or families seeking a memorable vacation experience! The 4 bedrooms accommodate 7 people. Additionally, if needed, there is space for two extra individuals to sleep on the couch in the living room (please note that it is not a sofa bed). All rooms are air-conditioned: - An open-space living area boasts a generous corner sofa, inviting you to unwind with a book and a cup of coffee, overlooking the greenery of the garden. Alternatively, gather everyone for boarding games or a film night on the Smart TV. - A dining area that sits comfortably adjacent to the kitchen and the living area. - A fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge+freezer, oven, electric stove, microwave, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hand mixer, and a citrus juicer, to indulge in those flavourful Cypriot oranges. - 4 spacious bedrooms: * A ground floor en-suite with a separate sliding exit door, * A second floor en-suite with a coffee table set and access to a balcony with a sunset view, * A single room with a large desk, perfect for studies or remote work, * A twin room with 2 single beds and a reclining armchair with a side table, ideal as a reading nook or a relaxed work spot. All the bedrooms are complete with built-in wardrobes. - 4 bathrooms (2 en-suite showers, 1 family bathroom with a bath and 1 powder room). A baby travel cot and a high chair will be provided at your request. There is a washing machine, a drying rack and a fixed ironing board with an iron so that all your laundry needs are met. Outdoor space: - A terrace with a dining table, nice for breakfast or dinner in the fresh air overlooking the garden, - A balcony on the second floor, - A backyard with greenery and a swinging bench, perfect for a heartfelt chat with a friend, or for simply soaking up some much-needed vitamin D. A BBQ is nearby, should you decide to have a special dinner with grilled lamb or seafood that day. - An above-ground kid-friendly swimming pool with a saltwater system, where you can take a refreshing dip on a hot day before relaxing on a sunbed. Parking is freely available in front of the maisonette. Pets are welcome with an additional fee, which will be included in your total price upon reservation. If you plan to bring a pet, please make sure to register it during the booking process. Location: The townhouse location offers both tranquility and easy access to various amenities and attractions. Within a 5 min' walk are the Elysia Breeze lounge-bar and restaurant; The Tasty Cafe; a 6am-24am corner shop convenient for groceries; Aesthetics Fitness Club GOLD gym with a swimming pool; a pharmacy and a nail salon. Within a 9 min' walk are two more grocery stores with a great range of fruit and vegetables, the Oregano Greek Grill Cafe and the Pambis Diner restaurant. A sandy beach near Alexander the Great Hotel is a 20-25 min' walk from the house, or 5 min' by taxi/car. A bus stop is a 2 min' walk from the house. Approximately once every hour, the 603 Route bus will take you to Kato Paphos (seaside, Municipal Baths, harbour, Paphos castle), a large AlphaMega supermarket or to the historical center of Paphos, in aproximately 15 minutes.
