The Ice House sits 20 feet from Lake Winnipesaukee,was the original Ice House for the estate in 1906. It is one of six houses on Oliver Lodge compound that shares the beaches and tennis court with the other five houses. The Ice House has a fully equipped kitchen, including microwave and dishwasher, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and an electric fireplace in the living room. The living room opens onto a large deck facing the lake. The Ice House can accommodate up to 9 people, family style sleeping.
