What some of our guests like least about our listing: ✔ The condo shares walls with neighbors on 2 sides and one directly above. It is common and somewhat annoying, to hear someone walking upstairs or water running in their unit. ✔ On occasion, you may hear the use of the overhead garage door while in the master king bedroom or the garage. ✔ The ensuite on the lower level is near the garage and tends to be cooler in the winter months and warmer in the summer months. Our advice is to keep the bedroom door closed which will keep better control of the climate in that room. Whether you're working hard or playing hard, we offer Aireloom handmade mattresses in both bedrooms accented with weighted blankets, 1000 thread count cotton sheets, Slumber Cloud comforters, blackout curtains, and a Dohm white noise machine for the ultimate in a good night's sleep. Accommodating up to six guests, the master bedroom is on the main level with a king-size bed while another bedroom is on the lower level with a queen-size bed, and a full-size premium sofa bed is in the main living area. Outfitted with flatscreen televisions in both bedrooms and the living area, you can catch up on the latest sports, auto industry news, or anything that strikes your fancy. If you're here for a business trip or long-term stay, you will appreciate the dedicated workspace that we created with a desk, chair, lamp, and plugs for charging and keeping your work area organized. Guest access You have full and total access to our king suite with a private entrance and exclusive garage space during your stay. Feel free to stream Netflix as much as you like, and whip up anything you can dream of in our fully stocked chef's kitchen. You may also consider grabbing a bite to eat from a variety of local eateries within walking distance. Other things to note ✓All forms of smoking are strictly forbidden within the home, encompassing vaping, cigarettes, marijuana, cigars, and any other drugs. There will be an additional fee if smoking is smelled or found. ✓No parties allowed or any event home of any kind (including prom events).- Violators of this policy will be promptly evicted from the premises without receiving a refund. ✓No pets allowed - Violations of this policy will incur an additional cleaning fee. ✓It is mandatory to include all guests in the initial booking. An additional fee per night will be applied for extra guests. ✓New-profile guests without reviews will undergo manual review, screening, and questioning before their reservation can be confirmed. ✓Kindly be advised that we do not permit instant bookings for profiles with ratings below 4 stars.
