Sanctuary Place Brisbane - 3 Bedroom

Sanctuary Place is only five minutes walk to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary and 10 kilometres from the Brisbane CBD. Indooroopilly Shopping Centre is (5 Klms) under 10 minutes drive. You’ll love our place because the accommodation is modern and clean with all the comforts. It's a great place if you are wanting to explore Brisbane, Mt Coot-tha Lookout and gardens or Lone Pine Sanctuary..... or just relax and enjoy the pristine pool. The space This is a quiet and safe area but to ensure you feel comfortable we have installed high quality security screens all round because we want you to sleep soundly in the quality beds that have been provided. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Bedroom 1 has a queen Bed, Bedroom 2 has a king single bed and full ensuite, Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed and shares a bathroom. There is a separate powder room with bidet toilet. You have your own, fully equipped and modern kitchen and lounge. While the dining table is small, you have plenty of space on the breakfast bar and stools. You can also sit at a table on the covered deck that overlooks the swimming pool. The accommodation also has a large laundry. Guest access Off street parking is no longer available, however we are located in a quiet, no through road and there is easily available street parking. When you first arrive you will be shown to your accommodation which is at the rear of the main house with its own private access. Other things to note Government issued Photo ID required prior to booking being finalised and is confirmed on arrival. We do have a strict no smoking policy and request that glass not be taken into the swimming pool enclosure for the safety and comfort of all subsequent users of this space. We provide alternative (non glass) flutes for use around the pool. The property does have security cameras covering external boundaries only; audio recording does not occur. The accommodation and facilities are for the use of booked guests only as is normal for Air BnB properties. Of course we understand that some guests may be dropped off or picked up by friends or family; of course these people are welcome. We are in a quiet no through road and there is plenty of available street parking.
