Santorini Suite

This private suite is in Burquitlam, at the edge of Burnaby & Coquitlam. There are many businesses & conveniences around the nearby Skytrain station. You can easily get to downtown Vancouver and Hwy 1. Your hosts are a university teacher & accountant. There is a construction site next door and down the street. All over Vancouver Metro, municipalities are increasing urban density near transit hubs. The construction noise on any given day is hit or miss, intermittent and beyond our control. The space This private suite in a large newer house at the end of a cul de sac has its own entrance from the back patio and high ceilings. The large bedroom has a queen sized bed, 55" Samsung QLED TV with cable and streaming apps, small fridge with freezer, microwave, wardrobe and working desk. The spacious bathroom has a stone countertop, large shower and a toilet with built-in bidet. The house is located ~5 minute walk from the Burquitlam Skytrain Station, and is very close to SFU & Hwy 1. One of us (the university teacher) used to live in Greece and there is a Santorini theme to the suite in the wall art. There is a private entrance off the back patio, and we will message you the keycode to the electronic lock before check-in. Other things to note Please park on the LEFT SIDE of the driveway. There is a path along the left side of the house with two gates, one wooden and one metal. The latch for each is on the opposite side as you approach the yard. Make sure you close each gate as we have a dog. Please mind the basement light well with the orange pylons and yellow tape, and also the single step down towards the backyard. The suite is off the large concrete back patio (a few steps up), to the right as you face the backside of the house. You'll see an electronic keypad to the suite door. If you are driving, there may sometimes be temporary blockage of the streets in the area due to construction.
