You'll always remember your time at this unique place to stay. This 10 acre horse farm is settled down a long lane away from highway 318. Very secluded and private drive up to the main home. The main home is 2900 sq. feet with 2 large living rooms on each side of the house. Master bedroom and eat in kitchen sits in the middle of the home. There is a dining area separate from the kitchen and a pool table in one living room for your enjoyment. The space Tranquil main home sits down long lane away from traffic noises surrounded by farmland. 2900 sq. foot home decorated with horses in mind. Very cozy lay out. One living area hosts a pool table for your enjoyment. 2 separate living areas both with large screen TV's mounted on the wall. Master bedroom has tv. Large eat-in kitchen and dining room for extra people. The home has master bedroom with huge walk in closet, it has a queen bed and TV. The other 2 bedrooms have no TV, one has a queen bed and the other has 2 twin beds. The living room with the pool table has a pull out sofa so can sleep 6 comfortably. There is an extra fee of $50 per person per night over 6. So please don't book with 2-4 guests and bring 10-12... Huge front porch paved with pub table and chairs with umbrella. Adirondack chairs with tables around a gas fire pit. Large roll around umbrella. Glass top table with 4 chairs. Home as a low carport in back perfect for a car or small vehicle or used for entertaining during rain. There is a picnic table and small grill. The barn is attached to a steel building (my farm equipment storage). The barn has 8 stall, but one is used for hay/feed storage and one for barn supplies...buckets, extra horse supplies etc... So 6 stalls are usable. There is a tack room one for work tack and the other room has a washer and dryer. (air conditioned/dehumidifier). That is primarily used for who rents the barn apartment but can be used for small horse pads/blankets etc...if you brought your horse. The wash racks include hot water. I do provide shavings for stalls but your responsibility to clean your stall. Several separate paddocks for turn out are provided. The area to ride is turf and large area that is lighted for times with its dark by 6pm. I allow people who bring their own horses to have access to the barn area and riding area and stall and turnout for for no extra charge (within reason..) This farm isn't set up for groups of people with multiple horses who need stalling and expect all of this to be complementary. This beautiful farm was set up for the family who comes to this area to ride the trails/and or show their horse at WEC or to stay at when horse is being stalled at trainers barn or showing arena. As much as I would love to accommodate many more horses at the same time here my insurance will not allow a large amount of horses at the same time due to liability reasons. Horses must have current health certificate (especially is exposed to many horses at shows etc...) Riders are to sign a wavier and be aware of the risks of horseback riding and owner not responsible to injury to rider or horse while on property. My 2 horses are on property and since I do not show and expose my personal horses to outside "horse" events I do not want my animals exposed to possible health risks or illnesses. So if your horse is a "show horse" i would like health papers produced for my horses protection. (if showing you should have this with you anyway). If questions about any other things I haven't addressed please inquire before your booking to prevent any disappointment after arriving. I do like to "vet" people who have never stayed here the first time just for this reason. Please do not bring any other "pets" other than a horse as no dogs or inside animals allowed. Guest access If guest bring horses, they have access to barn, and turnout paddocks and riding area. (Horses can be ridden on entire property). Barn tack room has washer and dryer to wash your horse blankets etc... Wash racks have hot water so you have warm water in winter. separate bathroom for barn Other things to note No dogs allowed....sorry I tried this and got nothing but damaged property and excuses...so therefore no indoor pets allowed. This farm is set up for horses and amount of horses (with no extra charge) must be within reason. Please don't inquire about having 8 plus horses as my insurance will not allow it.
