The third bedroom also features a king bed, while the fourth bedroom includes one twin bed and an additional twin trundle bed, complete with a special space for children to read and unwind in a cozy corner. Moreover, every bedroom is equipped with its own TV for added comfort and entertainment. You won't want to miss the delight of a completely new pool, spa, and pool deck. This includes a gently sloped saltwater pool, reaching a depth of 5 feet, adorned with beautiful underwater lighting and an exquisite hot tub/spa. You might find it hard to tear yourself away from the backyard! The lanai is equipped with a television, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows while grilling or unwinding by the pool. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the garage for storage and laundry, but please note that parking inside the garage is not permitted. Other things to note This home renovation has been a labor of love among four friends for over two decades. Recently transformed into our dream abode, the final touch of paint was applied just two days before Hurricane Ian struck the region with unprecedented force. Nestled amidst the beautiful beaches of South Florida, our oasis sustained some damage – a hit to the roof and a few more brush strokes of paint were needed. Yet, once completed, it provided refuge for a family whose own home required extensive repairs. Since fall 2023, our sanctuary proudly opened its doors to friends and family seeking a newly renovated haven to unwind and savor the beauty of South Florida. We've meticulously considered every detail to ensure your stay is both restful and enjoyable.
