The space The Zen Apartment is open plan living with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen with floor to ceiling windows and a glass door to a balcony. The primary bedroom is at the back of the condo with a sliding glass door and Juliette balcony, a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with a rainfall shower. The beds can be set-up as a 1 King or 2 Twin beds. The second bedroom has a sliding glass door and Juliette balcony and a large wardrobe with built-in drawers. Beside the bedroom is a guest bathroom with rainfall shower. The beds can be set-up as a King or 2 Twin beds. The apartment has a separate laundry cupboard with a full size washer and dryer, complimentary laundry detergent and a clothes drying rack. The kitchen has brand new stainless GE appliances including a full size electric stove and fan oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer with double filtered water and an ice maker. Upstairs from the apartment is a spacious shared roof terrace with scenic views, a table and chairs for meals or morning coffee and room for yoga practice. The condo is fully secure and electronically gated with 2 private parking spaces that belong to the apartment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment, common areas, as well as the roof terrace and parking.
