We are located at the end of a quiet cul de sac and walking distance to hiking/ATV trails. Perfectly located for relaxation and enjoying the serene outdoors but only 20 minutes from Flagstaff for adventures into town. Enjoy star gazing, grilling, yard games and socializing around the fire pit on the large deck or inside with boardgames. Permit # STR-24-0641 Other things to note Just a heads up, we don’t have central A/C. There is a wall unit in the main room which will exceptionally cool the main living area. The bedrooms all have ceiling fans and windows with screens. Temperatures even on the hottest days still bring about 60° nights!
