Located close to the city's business centers, you will appreciate the quiet of this accommodation with an ancestral character. Close to several neighborhood businesses such as restaurants, shops, pharmacy, grocery store and convenience stores. Guest access Although you are the only occupants of the apartment, the number of accessible rooms varies from 1 to 3 depending on the number of people booked. Bookings for 7 or more people give access to the second floor of the home. If you want more bedrooms or more beds, simply increase the number of people booked. You can do this up to 3 days prior to your arrival. RESERVATION DETAILS: A booking for 1 or 2 people gives access to 1 room: Bedroom #1. A booking for 3 or 4 people gives access to 1 room: Bedroom #2. A booking for 5 or 6 people gives access to 2 rooms: Bedrooms #1 and #2. A booking for 7 or 8 people gives access to 3 rooms and the second floor of the accommodation: Bedrooms #1, #2 and #3. A booking for 9 or 10 people gives access to 3 rooms and the second floor of the accommodation: Bedrooms #1, #2 and #3. BEDROOM DESCRIPTION: On the first floor of the accommodation: Bedroom #1: 1 double bed (sleeps 2) Bedroom #2: 2 Double beds (sleeps 4) On the second floor of the accommodation: Bedroom #3: 1 double bed (sleeps 2) Mezzanine: 1 camp bed and 1 sofa (2 extra places) *Bookings for 6 people or less give access to the first floor of the home. *Bookings for 7 or more people give access to the first and second floors of the home. Larger groups will be delighted to have access to a second living room and a solarium with access to a terrace. Please note that in winter, the solarium is not heated and the terrace is closed. *Infants are not counted in the number of people and in the number of rooms. Other things to note The accommodation is equipped with a kitchen, dining room, living room and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, conventional oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cooking equipment and dishes. There is also an island for eating at the counter. In particular, the Corridor du Littoral stretches 48 km between Montmorency Falls and Saint-Augustin-de-Desmaures Falls.
