One unique feature of our location is the proximity to a small airport, where you can marvel at the sight of small planes and helicopters taking off right from the backyard. Rest assured, the airport only witnesses a handful of departures per day, ensuring a tranquil atmosphere without any concerns about excessive noise. When it's time to retire for the night, select from a range of comfortable sleeping options, including a master bedroom with a king bed, a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, and a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and twin bunk on top. You will receive a unique front door code before checking in. Other things to note Pool heater • The pool & jacuzzi require a lot of natural gas to heat, so using this will incur a daily fee of $75. This will be billed prior to your arrival if you request it. Maintenance • Our pool technician cleans our pool Tuesday and Fridays • Our landscaper comes every other Friday • Our rodent/pest control comes as needed • Walk up trash service is taken Friday mornings. • All services are for your added convenience. Desert living • When it gets windy, sand will start to fly around and the pool/jacuzzi may catch some sand. Our pool cleaner always tries his best to clean the sand, but in some cases sand my be in the pool. Pet Fee: • Should you bring a trained pet, it requires prior notification and approval and a $150 fee will be accompanied with each pet. Early Check In/Late Check Out Are dependent upon availability.
