The full length windows facing the Gulf of Mexico allow for complete enjoyment of your beach view condo while the pull down sun shades will provide blockage as the sun rises directly over the Gulf. Talk about a Good morning! The master suite is spacious and inviting with a King sized bed and private bathroom. The plantation shutters are in this room as well as 26" flat screen TV, Bose sound system, and DVD player. The private bathroom is newly renovated with a walk in shower and seat. The guest bedroom has wood flooring with a King bed, as well as beautiful plantation shutters to help keep the light out of the bedroom while giving you the utmost coastal feel. Several chairs for your convenience are placed around the room for enough sitting or space to place your luggage. A 26" flat screen TV, Bose sound system, and DVD player are all provided here. Attached to this room is the second bathroom that has a full sized tub with shower capabilities and is wood flooring as well. A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
