Located a 7-minute walk from the train station, and 150 m from the Arènes, this cozy townhouse of 56 m2, on one floor, will offer you a quiet stay in a small, quiet street. Ideal location in the heart of the historic center, close to many shops and restaurants, you can also park your vehicle nearby if necessary (paid parking on site and free 350 m away) The space You can enjoy a spacious living room with storage, a comfortable sofa, dining area for 4 people, TV, fiber Wi-Fi access and a fully equipped open kitchen: oven, induction stove, dishwasher, hood, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, kettle... For your comfort, the room offers a 160 cm queen size bed (new Simmons mattress) with TV, storage, shutters and blackout curtains, as well as a remote control air cooler column fan. The sofa bed, in the living room, 140 × 190 cm, offers a second bed for 2 people with fan. In the accommodation, the necessities are at your disposal: hand soap, bed linen, towels, shower gel, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee, toilet paper, cleaning products... The renovation of the house has just been completed 🙂 Guest access Access to the accommodation can be done through a key box whose code is communicated to you the day before your arrival.
