Welcome to our family-centered mountain home! Nestled in Arnold's Dorrington subdivision, our spacious 4-bedroom cabin offers breathtaking forest views. Unwind in the cozy living room with a gas fireplace, and enjoy the open kitchen and dining area. The cabin is equipped with a generator that will turn on in the event of a power outage. Our cabin also has an EV charger for electric vehicles. The private community lake is within walking distance from the cabin, and the summer pool is close by. The space Escape to our charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house situated on a flat, level lot. With an easy LEVEL driveway and entrance (only one step up to the door!), this home ensures accessibility for all. The lower level features a large open kitchen and dining room that flows into a cozy living room with a gas fireplace. There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs, offering ample space for relaxation. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, while Bedroom 2 is furnished with a twin bed and a double bed. As you ascend the stairs, you'll discover an open loft filled with games and toys for kids. Continuing on, the upper level houses two additional bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 3 boasts a comfortable king bed, and Bedroom 4 offers two double beds. To enhance your stay, our cabin offers a range of complimentary amenities, including an EV charger, BBQ grill, and outdoor seating. Our EV charger is a level 2 (J1772) charger. Tesla drivers should bring their converter piece to connect to the charger. Other things to note POWER: Our cabin is equipped with a generator that will automatically turn on in the case of a power outage. SPECIFICS: We take cleanliness very seriously! The cabin is professionally cleaned one to two days prior to each guest's arrival. However, please note that as we are situated in a forested area, spiders and cobwebs may occasionally find their way inside. Rest assured, we make every effort to keep the cabin as clean and comfortable as possible for your stay. This is not a hotel or party house; it is a family home. Please help us preserve it and our belongings that we are sharing with you. Smoking or drug use of any kind is strictly prohibited in and around the property. Occasional power outages may occur due to the rural aspect of this mountain area. For security purposes, we have an exterior camera installed. Rest assured, your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and the camera will only be used in the event of an issue raised by you or our next-door neighbors. The roads and driveway are plowed in the winter. There is no washer dryer available on the property.
