Welcome to my apartment, located a 5-minute walk from Lake Annecy, 1 minute from the bike path, a 10-minute drive from Annecy, and a 45-minute walk from Annecy Town Hall. This attic apartment, with exposed beams and original, cozy décor, can accommodate 2 people. Whether you're looking for a weekend of sports, romance, or tranquility, Sevrier is an ideal location thanks to its proximity to the lake, Mont Semnoz, and Annecy. 🤍 Your pets are welcome 🤎 The space Nice attic apartment, recently renovated, with a lovely view of the mountains that surround the lake. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the lake. The condominium's terrace is available for use, with a table and chairs. There are free parking spaces 100 m away at the “Coco Beach” parking lot and the “Auberge de Letraz” parking lot, and drop-off/pick-up is allowed in front of the building in the two spaces outside the garages. The apartment consists of a separate bedroom with a dressing area, a bathroom with a toilet, and a large living/dining area. The apartment has everything you need inside! Guest access The apartment is on the top floor without elevator access with stairs that are quite narrow to finish! Access to the bike path in 5 minutes. Annecy by bike 15-20 minutes away. Access to Sevrier with all shops a 10-minute walk away. Starting point for walks and hikes is 10 minutes away. Main road in front of the apartment (7 min from Annecy). Parking in front of the building to load or unload your belongings, then parking nearby to park overnight! Bike rental 5 minutes by car to Sevrier or Annecy city center. Other things to note The apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator and, unfortunately, no access for people with mobility issues… You have access to the entire apartment, except for one room where my belongings are kept. I live year-round in my apartment and rent it during my vacation. The apartment has a good draft when you open the Velux windows... but during a heatwave, it’s hot inside... the Velux windows are new and equipped with sunshades! Despite the proximity to the busy road, the main Velux windows face the lake with views of a field, a few houses, and the mountains, and they have double glazing...
