Guest access We have keyless entry so our guests can check in online and enter the home using a unique door code. We live in the area and can make ourselves available if you need us, but otherwise prefer to give our guests space and privacy. Guests (you) will have access to the main level of the house as well as access to the front porch and rear deck. Guests will have 2 FREE dedicated parking spots behind the house for your convenience and security. Please note that only sedan-sized cars can easily fit through the alleyway to the parking area. We do not recommend driving a full-size truck or similar vehicle through the alleyway. If you have a larger vehicle, there is also plenty of free street parking available around the home. Please contact your host for more information on street parking. Other things to note There is another studio in the upper floor. The studio has a totally separate entrance. You likely will not see other guests while you are there. Do note that it is against house rules to host parties in this house. We’re more than happy to provide you with complimentary streaming services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN during your stay. However, please remember to not make any sort of purchases (sport events/tickets, movies rental etc.) from our account or you will be billed for those purchases afterwards. There are security cameras in the back & front of the house facing the street for extra security.
