Guest access HOUSE AND DOCK | Full use of house. Registered guests can use the shared dock and waterfront. Guests are not permitted to use or board the neighbor's boat. Only non-motorized personal watercraft is allowed. No boats allowed. Other things to note PARKING | Park 2 cars. Space at rear of driveway for kayaks/canoes (guest must bring their own).
