The space The apartment is close to a bar and is located in the area where the annual festivities of the Popular Saints take place during the month of June, so it is a busy area where noise is expected. Car access is limited in this area and only certified taxis (not Ubers), residents and emergency vehicles can circulate. ￫ Building The apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical Portuguese building (access to the building is via stairs, as is typical in the Bica neighborhood). Surrounded by the city's best viewpoints, boutiques, subway stations, restaurants and cafes. The apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends looking to rest in the busiest area of the city! ￫ Bedrooms The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed (160 cm x 195 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm). Both have air conditioning. ￫ Bathroom The apartment has a bathroom with a shower. ￫ Living Room The indoor living room (no window) has a cable TV, a comfortable sofa and air conditioning. ￫ Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, iron, microwave, toaster, washing machine, kettle and Dolce Gusto coffee machine (coffee not included). For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bed and bath kit will be provided free of charge at check-in. ￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation only covers the check-out cleaning.
