From G-Unit, you’ll be less than 350 feet (100 meters) from the closest pool (heated between 15 October - 15 April annually) and an approximately 2,000 feet (640 meters) stroll through the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort complex to the beach (about an 8-10 minute walk). The Gulf Highlands Beach Resort is directly across the street from the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach is home of "The World's Most Beautiful Beaches"! A beach wagon is provided in the patio box so walking to the beach will be easy and time spent in the sun and salty sea air is made easy. There are multiple dining options close by – from fast food to fine dining. If you want to stay in, there is everything you need to cook with premium cookware in the full kitchen. This place has everything you need. Two 55” Roku TVs – one in the living room and one in the bedroom. Guest access The G-Unit Condo is all yours during your stay and includes the following: BEDROOM: King-size bed; 55” ROKU TV; 120V/USB charging stations on each nightstand; black-out curtains, ceiling fan, and large closet with space to unpack your clothes, store your luggage, clothes hangers, iron, and small ironing board. DINING AREA: Area includes a dining table for four with a raised bar with space for three people. LIVING ROOM AREA: Comfortable sofa (futon), perfectly sized coffee table, end table with lamp and 120V/USB charging station, 55” ROKU TV, ceiling fan with overhead light, and the cutest twin-size daybed nook you’ve ever seen. KITCHEN: Stylish dishes, flatware, wine glasses, coffee mugs, drip coffee pot, stainless cookware, non-stick cookware (Teflon-free coating [PFAS/PFOA-free]), kitchen utensils, refrigerator with ice maker, gas range, microwave, efficiency dishwasher, colander, small kitchen appliances, and many other options. We love to cook and tried to make it easy for you if you do as well. PATIO: Seating for two with table, charcoal grill/smoker, porch light, landscaping lights, and patio storage container with beach supplies you are welcome to use during your stay. BATHROOM: Small yet effective bathroom with hairdryer, vanity, toilet with no-slam toilet seat, and relaxing shower. LAUNDRY ROOM: Full-sized, stacked washer and dryer; initial supply of detergent; cleaning equipment; and some cleaning products available for use. G-UNIT ACCESS: Once at the G-Unit front door, enter the 4-digit code provided on the day of check-in into the high-security deadbolt keypad. PARKING: You will be provided with one (1) parking pass when you arrive in G-Unit. You can park in any available parking space labeled with the correct building number (provided prior to your stay). Please keep the parking pass visible in your vehicle during your stay. On your rear-view mirror or dash of your vehicle is preferred. PETS: We ask that you keep pups off the furniture and linens/towels. We are not trying to be mean, it is very difficult to remove dog hair from some fabrics - even after washing, drying, and using lint rollers. If you could, please bring a towel or sheet with you (your pup's bed, if you can travel with it) so your fur baby can be comfy while staying at the G-Unit. We love animals and want them to enjoy their time at the beach also! Sorry, no kitties. We allowed cats to stay in the past and guests allowed them to make biscuits (sharpen their claws) on our furniture. Needless to say, that was very discouraging. Given this, we have had to disallow cats from staying with us. We didn't want to do this. You can thank past kitty owners for this unfortunate policy. There is only one (1) designated, dog-friendly beach for ALL of PCB. This area of the beach is south of Pier Park. Unfortunately, it is too far to walk from the Condo (you might be more adventurous and feel otherwise), but I'm sure it is worth the drive. Recently, the City of PCB stated they would start enforcing the no-dog laws at other areas of the beach if you have your pet with you. In these situations, I'm not sure if they give you a warning or issue a citation on initial notice. Please be aware of this because we already give the government folks enough money. You will forfeit your damage deposit or will be evicted for breaking ANY rules. These rules include rules in this listing, rules posted in G-Unit, and rules of the Gulf Highlands Beach Resort. Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP. Recommendation of things to bring - doggie bed or doggie blankets/linens and towels, beach towels, cooler(s), beach chairs, and umbrella(s). If you intend to play while at the resort, please bring mini-golf, tennis, and/or shuffleboard equipment. We do not supply these items and they are not provided by the resort. Commercial vehicles (Uhaul vans/trucks, Penske vans/trucks, etc.; no ads or contact info visible on outside of vehicle), trailers of any type, recreational vehicles, campers, camper trailers, boats, boat trailers, or any watercraft are not allowed on the property. Vehicles not in compliance will be towed at your expense. You will have access to the entire condo - 1 bedroom, full kitchen, full bathroom, living room and dining area, patio, and complete resort complex. A short stroll through the complex and you're at the beach! We will be available to answer your questions, as needed. We will be here for as little or as much as you need us. GULF HIGHLANDS BEACH RESORT COMPLEX: Gated community with 11 pools (five are heated seasonally), shuffleboard courts, fitness center, miniature golf course, tennis courts, secure access gates for entering/exiting the property, beach-side café, and private beach access to “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. The condo is close to golf courses, retail shopping, any level of dining you prefer, water parks, ecotours, bowling, family fun, and PCB’s vibrant nightlife. The public bus stop is an approximate 3 minute walk if you exit the Gulf Highlands personnel gate just north of G-Unit.
