Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside the house and in the hot tub. Breaking this rule will result in a minimum fine of $1,000. Last-minute and unapproved late check outs result in a $500 late checkout fee or 20% of the total reservation, whichever is greater. During your stay the below maintenance may take place: - The hot tub crew usually stops by every Monday or Tuesday. They recommend not using the hot tub 12 hours after each cleaning. - The lawn care team typically drops by every Tuesday. - The trash company collect garbage every Tuesday morning but sometimes on Wednesday. - The pool maintenance team may stop by throughout your say to check and/or balance chemicals or adjust pool equipment.
