The brand-new saltwater pool, built in August 2022, is fully screened to keep bugs away, ensuring a relaxing experience. The front porch and pool area provide a comfortable space for family gatherings. We’ve also created a spacious outdoor lounge and dining area for unforgettable moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is designed for family time, fully stocked with everything you’ll need for meals and memories. The pool heater is set to 85°F year-round for your comfort, although it may take a few hours to warm up on cooler days. Around the pool, you’ll find chaise lounges and chairs, plus floating accessories for extra fun. Beach chairs and umbrellas are provided in your outdoor bin for easy access. Special requests are always welcome, and we’re happy to do our best to accommodate your needs for the perfect vacation experience. All relevant licenses and inspection documents are available upon request. The air conditioning system can only be set to a minimum temperature of 72°F for optimal comfort.
