We provide 4 spaces in the driveway and carport right in front of the home , and there are numerous additional parallel spaces immediately located in the nearby street. The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, a spacious walk-in closet with an iron and ironing board, a TV with streaming apps, and a convenient landline phone. BATHROOMS Step into into both of our modern and comfortably equipped bathrooms. Each bathroom features a sleek shower stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and even Q-tips for your convenience. Towels, including makeup, hand, face, and shower towels, are readily available. A hairdryer and cleaning products are at your disposal for added convenience. Both bathrooms are tastefully decorated, ensuring a relaxing and worry-free stay. Your comfort is always our priority. LAUNDRY AREA Stained clothes or linens during your stay? No problem at all! Our oasis also boasts a laundry area conveniently located right in our carport behind only steps from the gameroom. We provide laundry detergent and dryer sheets complimentarily, ensuring a hassle-free experience. As the machines work their magic, take in the ease of refreshing your wardrobe on your own schedule. This is travel made simpler, one load at a time. BACKYARD AREA For outdoor enthusiasts, the backyard is a true paradise. A sprawling space awaits, complete with a gazebo that offers shade and tranquility, a grill for sizzling barbecues, a hot tub for ultimate therapeutic relaxation or fun with friends and family, along with a hammock for indulging in lazy afternoons or stargazing nights. You may never want to leave this beautiful outdoor space thoughtfully designed for endless family fun and entertainment! GAZEBO/GRILL AREA Gather your loved ones in our expansive gazebo area, designed for unforgettable family gatherings and cookout fun! This inviting space features a large picnic table perfect for enjoying meals together, along with a grill ready for your culinary adventures. While we provide the grill, grilling accessories, and dinnerware, please note that propane tanks are always purchased by guests. If you find a tank on-site, it was purchased by a previous guest, as we do not supply them due to liability purposes. Create lasting memories as you fire up the grill and relish delightful moments with family and friends in this charming outdoor setting! SPECIAL OCCASION ? Visiting for a special occasion like a honeymoon, birthday, or anniversary? Ask about our special packages, which can include champagne or wine, chocolates, flowers, teddy bear and a complimentary card. Let us help make your stay unforgettable! BUGS/LIZARDS Due to our property being located in the tropical climate of South Florida, it's common to encounter bugs and lizards around the property. Despite our monthly pest control service, some may occasionally find their way indoors. This is an unavoidable reality of the region. To minimize this, we highly recommend keeping doors closed at all times, except when entering or exiting the home. Guest access We are excited to host each and every one of you and our guests are welcome to entire home, including the laundry space that is right in the front of the home in our carport. Our home check-ins operate in a self-check in method, so once the booking is confirmed, on the day of check-in, we will provide our guests with their unique digital code, so they can seamlessly unlock our digital door bolt and immediately be able to enjoy everything we have to offer at our Tropical Modern Oasis. Other things to note To ensure the safety of our property and guests, we have installed three security cameras outside: one discreetly integrated into the front doorbell, another overseeing the car port, and a third capturing the beauty of the backyard. Inside the oasis, a camera in the game room guarantees the security of both our guests and the valuable vintage games. All of our cameras are 100% visible and are in public areas. We take security and privacy very seriously and always want to ensure our guests are safe, comfortable and happy. **IMPORTANT- please read before booking ** 1. No Smoking inside. Any signs of smoking or any lingering odors inside of the home will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee. Our designated smoking area is in the backyard or the gazebo. Please use the ashtray provided. This includes vaping and E-cigarettes. Please note that even vaping devices will set off the fire alarm and we will receive a notification on our phone, so no matter what, we will find out if there was smoking or vaping that occurred inside. 2. Please help us uphold the cleanliness of our rental space throughout your stay. Should excessive mess require our cleaning crew to stay longer or inconvenience future guests, an additional cleaning fee (based on how bad the mess is) will be applied to cover these costs. We appreciate your cooperation in ensuring a pleasant experience for all. Thank you. 3. We enforce a STRICT NO-PARTY RULE, and anyone caught throwing a party or anything resembling a party, which includes: unauthorized guests who weren’t accounted for in the reservation , excessive amounts of alcohol or disruptive levels of noise or music. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. Any violations of our no-party rule will immediately result in a cancellation without refund along with the incident (with evidence) being reported to Airbnb as well as local authorities being notified and called to remove people if needed. 4. A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed(no other animals) as long as they weigh less than 20 pounds and we are notified prior to check-in. THERE IS A MANDATORY PET FEE. Failing to notify us of a pet being in the home before booking may result in an automatic cancellation without refund. Please ensure that your pets are potty trained and are always taken outside in the backyard or front of the home to relieve themselves. After they do relieve themselves, please pick up any bodily waste and dispose it directly in the larger trash bin. Please note that any damages caused in the property by a pet or any waste left behind from a pet will be evidenced and fines will be charged to guests depending on the extent of the damage or the amount of waste left behind. 5. Please make sure all three doors are locked along with all windows when you are leaving the property. Please help us save energy by turning off all the lights and appliances on your way out! Also, keep the front door key safe. Lost keys that need to be replaced will result in a $100 charge. 6. For the safety and security of everyone, it's important to note that possession of weapons, vandalism, deliberate damage, or theft on our premises is strictly prohibited. In the event of such actions, additional fees will be charged, and authorities will be notified with your identity details, depending on the severity of the situation. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all guests. 7. For safety reasons, children under the age of 7 are not permitted to sleep on the top bunk of the bunk bed. This is to prevent any risk of injury or falling off. We highly encourage smaller children to sleep on the bottom bunk for their safety and well-being. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our guests safe. 8. While on your exhilarating trip to South Florida, we know that you may be celebrating a special occasion of some sort. We are thrilled to have you with us during this occasion and encourage you to celebrate and enjoy yourselves to the fullest, however we kindly ask guests to refrain from using glitter, tape, banners, confetti, or any other decoration that was not originally on the walls. Any evidence of these items left behind will result in additional cleaning fees, including touch-up painting or adhesive removal if required, to be charged to the guest.
