The house is located less than one mile from Barr Mansion for those looking for close by housing options to the popular wedding venue. The house is also located about 300 yards from Austin Beerworks and Mint Discs. They have lots of world-class beer, cider, wine, frozen drinks, N/A options, air conditioning, board games, a family room, lots of outdoor space, a pretty rad kids’ playground, a championship-level disc golf course, and Yellow Bell Tacos. You'll have complete private access to the house, garage, front parking area (including circle driveway), pool, hot tub, patio, and yard space adjacent to the house. The expansive property is yours to enjoy the view but we ask that you stick to the area immediately close to the House on the Hill for your outdoor enjoyment. If you need us we are very close by. You might see us out and about around our property but otherwise interaction will be limited. In order to maintain a pristine pool/hot tub, we test and treat them daily around 11 a.m. We are usually in the pool area only, for less than 15 minutes. You won't find a lot of traffic getting into to town from this location. The closest neighbors are a couple hundred yards away. Lots of privacy.
