Nice apartment of about 50 square meters, located on the fifth floor of a historic building in the central district of Buenos Aires. It is equipped with everything you need to make your stay pleasant: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, iron, kettle, etc. The apartment is located in one of the most lively shopping streets of the city, full of trendy shops along the entire route of the street. The space The apartment is complete with everything you need for a short and medium term stay consisting of a bedroom, a living room/kitchen with table and a bathroom with shower. The bed in the room is concealed and can be transformed, when not in use, into a comfortable sofa. Large cabinets allow you to store your clothes comfortably. Guest access When you arrive, you will find: - Ready beds (except for sofa beds for which the set of sheets, blankets and pillows ready for use will be prepared). - Towels (a shower towel and a face towel for each guest). - Starting Pack: initial supply including laundry pads, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel and bags for separate collection. Other things to note Upon your arrival, we will give you the keys, show you the apartment and its amenities, and give you all the directions and information you need. At check-in, you will be asked for your ID to proceed with registration. Check-in methods will be communicated to you at the time of booking. In compliance with the Italian law on leases, we will be required to request a copy of the identity documents for communication of guests with the Public Security Authority. You always need to apply for stays longer than 30 days. In case of acceptance, it will be necessary to sign a contract, provide documentation certifying the temporary nature of the stay and be in possession of an Italian tax code. For the registration of the contract, a payment of 100 euros + VAT is required in case you have the tax code, otherwise 150 euros + VAT. HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING In Milan, the heating period is established by the Municipality and traditionally runs from October 15 to April 15, for a maximum of 13 hours a day, in the time slot between 5:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. The maximum temperature allowed is 19°C, with a tolerance of +2°C.
