Beautiful Home w/Pool & Guesthouse on 6 Acres

Bring the whole family and your friends too! With accommodations for up to 32 guests, you'll be able to spread out and relax in the main house, the backyard with pool and covered hot tub, and the guesthouse located just a stone's throw away. This is a perfect place to get away while still being close to the city, the lake, and plenty of other amenities. NOTE: this is NOT a party house! We're ok with gatherings of family and friends, but late-night loud music is not allowed. See Listing Notes... The space The listing includes the main house with 6 bedrooms (up to 22 guests), and the guesthouse with 3 bedrooms (up to 10 guests). When booking, please let us know the total number of guests, as Airbnb only shows up to 16 guests, so that we can be prepared for your group. If you need space for more than 32 guests, we may be able to accommodate 8 more guests at our nearby listing - just ask us! Guest access You'll have full access to the house and pool, as well as the left portion of the guesthouse. Other things to note NOTE: I live in the small part of the guest house on the right side, and it is partitioned off from the rest of the guest house with a utility room in between. We also have a maintenance/repair hand (Chris) who lives onsite, and my daughter stays in the small house behind the main house. You may see us around but we keep to ourselves and will not disturb your group. If you need anything during your stay, we can usually respond quickly.
