With accommodations for up to 30 guests, you'll be able to spread out and relax in the main house, the backyard with pool and covered hot tub, and the guesthouse located just a stone's throw away. This is a perfect place to get away while still being close to the city, the lake, and plenty of other amenities. NOTE: this is NOT a party house! We're ok with gatherings of family and friends, but late-night loud music is not allowed. See Listing Notes... The space The listing includes the main house with 6 bedrooms (up to 22 guests), and the guesthouse with 3 bedrooms (up to 8 guests). When booking, please let us know the total number of guests, as Airbnb only shows up to 16 guests, so that we can be prepared for your group. Guest access You'll have full access to the house and pool, as well as the left portion of the guesthouse. Other things to note If you need space for more than 30 guests, we may be able to accommodate 10-20 more guests at our nearby listings - just ask us! Extra guest charges apply for over 16 guests.
