The space 3000 sq. ft 2 levels 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms , full bath, kitchen, dining room , breakfast nook and laundry all on the first floor. 2 bedrooms, full bath and private workspace on 2nd floor. Guest access Smart Key Pad Lock for easy entry no matter what time it is. Other things to note We do have one driveway parking spot between us and the neighbors and plenty of free street parking in front of the house.
