There is so much to do in this scenic community but if you prefer sand in your toes, Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach and Ocean City are only 30 minutes away! The space The finished basement is the ultimate entertaining space; furnished with a pool table, theater seating, flat screen tv, bar and half bathroom. There are 3 eating spaces on the first floor for all of your dining needs, a beautiful sitting room, large living room and a half bathroom. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one with a soaking tub as well as walk in shower), and a full laundry room. 4 beds in the bedrooms and 4 couches. Guest access Guests can enjoy access to the community pool located within a short walking distance (parking is also available), lake access to crab and fish, and a beautiful walking trail. Also, directly across the street from the house is a shaded park.
