Cozy Aksarben/Midtown Private Basement

Cozy basement with private bedroom, bathroom, and living room. Access to washer, dryer, and fridge/freezer on the lower level. Kitchenette includes microwave, coffee pot, and dishes. Very close to I-80 60th Street Exit. Located in central Omaha with quick access to Midtown, Aksarben, and Blackstone neighborhoods. A short walk to UNO campus. The space The house has a shared entrance so I am sure that we will cross paths. My wife and I live on the main level of the house. The private bedroom and bathroom are located in the lower level. The only shared space in the lower level is the laundry room. Guest access The guests will have access to street parking in front of the house. There is wifi and cable available for the guests. The washer and dryer are available as well as a fridge/freezer. During your stay My wife and I can be as social as you'd like and will respect your privacy.
