Beach Cottages features a spacious pool deck with a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, tables, umbrellas, gas grills and private beach access. The space Condo Features: Primary Bedroom - Expansive primary suite with King memory foam bed, private ensuite balcony access, TV and walk in closet. Ensuite bath features granite dual vanity sinks and shower. Second Bedroom - Queen memory foam bed, TV and closet. Third Bedroom - Located off of the kitchen, a fun "bunk house" with twin bunk bed. Hallway Bathroom – Shower/Tub Combination. Living Room - Cozy modern living room with plenty of seating on plush sofas, balcony access and TV. Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces. Private Balcony - Accessible by living room or master suite, featuring oceanfront views just beyond lush greenery. Additional Amenities: 1 reserved parking space (guest spaces are available on a first come, first serve basis) Heated Pool Spa Free private Wi-Fi Flat screen TV's Private Washer/Dryer Beach Gear Provided Fully equipped kitchen Free local guest guide (sent in check in instructions) Know before you go: Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out. Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians. Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap Parking: 1 assigned parking space is available for 1 vehicle. Additional guest parking is limited and is first come first serve. Utilize parking pass displayed at all times to avoid a fine and/or tow. Association does not allow any trailers or RVs on the premises. Pet Policy: No pets are allowed. Accessibility: Located on Floor 5 - accessible by 6 flights of stairs or use elevator to access level 5 above parking garage. Fireplace: Fireplace is not for guest use. Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent. July 4th Holiday: If you are booking during the week of July 4th, you may be required by the association to wear a wristband in order to access facilities (pool, hot tub, etc.). ONLY 6 WRISTBANDS are distributed for this condo. The association will require to view your lease and will provide wristbands. Any guests over 6 will not be provided a wristband and are subject to eviction.
