Just let us know in advance so we can share our dog house rules for you to review and agree to. Kindly note that a $75 pet fee per pet will be charged. A $400 fee will apply for any unauthorized pets. We have a great pest control company, but want guests to be aware that is possible to see them during your stay. 📌 Fireplace is not for use aesthetics only. 📌 The diving board can’t be used due to insurance purposes. Other things to note 🔴 NOTE 🔴 Pool opens mid-May weather depending and we close after Labor Day. If you are booking for May and would like to know if the pool is open please reach out to us! Our pool is cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule. During periods of rain, the water color may temporarily change due to natural conditions, This is normal and safe to swim in.
