Description
Pantries on the deck level and the sound of the waters invite you to rest. @casamacushla The architectural design of the house prioritized the appreciation of the exuberance of the Atlantic Forest. Through overlapping transparencies, spaces are enhanced and frame the beauty of the surroundings, allowing for perfect observation of the waterfall and surrounding trees. The space At Macushla, you'll find: The beautiful view of the waterfall. The exuberance of the Atlantic Forest. Overlapping transparencies. Exposed concrete walls and ceiling with wood texture. An extremely comfortable and pleasant kitchen; pantry with tableware. Hall in free span with cross ventilation. Fireplace over stone. Hallway/covered balcony that accesses the deck and the 2 en-suites (it is an absolutely new architectural concept of internal flow). A generous - and spectacular! - deck that intersperses wood, masonry, an outdoor fireplace, trees and a swimming pool with full sun on the same plane. The bathrooms of the 2 en-suites are a separate chapter: both have an open internal garden (without a roof slab) separated only by a glazed span with the possibility of an outdoor shower. Finally, the house offers an authentic experience in the concept of Invisible Architecture and Design. A unique and avant-garde sensory experience, linked to freedom and safe and generous contact with the exuberance of local nature. Guest access Laundry and private pool. Other things to note Casa Macushla (where you will be staying) is fully fenced, making it a safe space for dogs to run loose and not allowing others to enter. There is a 220w/20a electric car outlet in the parking lot. There is a Smart TV (32" HD LED, Wifi, HDMI, USB) in the living room with 160 channels.
