This is a private bedroom with private bathroom attached. Enjoy access to this entire floor of the house, including the kitchen! Enjoy your coffee on the peaceful screened in porch overlooking a beautiful creek and woods. Relax while watching Hulu live tv or Netflix conveniently logged in for you on the tv in your room. 2 cats live in the home. This room is for 2 people max! The room will not accommodate more than 2 and I will not allow use of the living room for sleeping. The space I will be on the property but spending most of my time on the lower floor of the home, just using the kitchen occasionally. This is the only bedroom on this floor so you'll have privacy when using the screened porch and living room. There is a decent sized mini Fridge in the living room specifically for you! 2 cats live in the home. Orange guy (Fred) and floofy Maine coon (Hermione) Please do not use the home for entertaining. It is not appropriate to invite guests over when renting a room in a home. Guest access You'll have access to this entire floor and to the washer and dryer by request as it is on the lower floor. You can walk down to the creek or on a nearby path in the woods. During your stay I keep to myself most of the time but please communicate should you need anything. Other things to note We have 2 cats living in the home and my teenage son has the room above yours.
