Walk to shops, restaurants, the train station, Cedros Design District, and Del Mar Race Track! 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths - Master suite: king bed, ensuite bathroom, queen sofa bed, smart TV, access to shared balcony - Queen bedroom: queen bed, smart TV, access to shared balcony - Upstairs office: sofa bed (full), office desk AMENITIES - Foosball table - Outdoor seating - Fully-equipped kitchen - Dining area for 6 - Office with desk - Wall heaters only - Washer and dryer - Communal Pool Hot Tub - Private beach access PARKING - You will have 2 spaces in the shared parking garage. HOUSE RULES - MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 7 - QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am - NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. - THIS HOME IS NOT PET-FRIENDLY. The homeowner is severely allergic and cannot allow any pets. Pets are not allowed in rentals in this private community. - VIDEO PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. - SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! - Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. - Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. - There is exterior surveillance camera recording 24/7. The camera is located outside the front door - The desktop computers are no longer in the home. - Cellular phone service is weak throughout the condo and the entire complex. Be sure to connect to the condo s WiFi. - Stairs are throughout the complex, leading to the front door, and inside of the unit. - Please consider the windows in the dining area if you have young children. The low windows do not open, however, there is a ledge to stand on to reach the regular height windows. Please refer to the photos of the dining room. - This condo does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans throughout. - The upstairs office is used as a bedroom. There is a full size sofa bed to sleep 1 guest. CANCELLATION POLICY A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival: • Receive full refund Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival: • Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees) • No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
