Note: WE DO NOT PROVIDE TOWELS. The space Saquarema is known as the city of surfing just a few kilometers from Rio de Janeiro, and can be accessed both by the RJ106 coming from Maricá and by the already known via Lagos (pay attention to the toll fee). Perfect place to relax and enjoy the beach without crowds. The house is located in Bacaxá, the best neighborhood in Saquarema, 10 minutes from the main beaches, where you can find surf schools, snack bars, restaurants and bars. Perfect place to work remotely or just rest. The pool is private and the house is totally suitable for home office work due to its privacy and tranquility. Staying in a central place, you can find pharmacies, restaurants, fairs and markets all within a few minutes of walking. Guest access Guests will have access to the rooms inside the house and barbecue in the outdoor area. They will also have access to and use of the garage space, comfortably accommodating 5 cars. Excluding locked locations, all ground floor access beyond the 2 upper bedrooms will be permitted use. We ask that guests contact the host in case of any type of problem or intercurrence with the house DURING the stay. Other things to note For longer stays we offer a change of towels, sheets and bathroom cleaning every 5 days. We really appreciate the cleanliness and organization of the house, we are very careful about everything that is available in the house and we count on the collaboration of the guests so that we can continue to keep our space pleasant and organized. Depending on the date and length of stay, there may be a need to clean the pool and guests will be notified in advance. As for security, we have a single surveillance camera in the garden, it does not reach any private area of ​​the house. *Forbidden to wash vehicles and park in the covered barbecue area under penalty of a fine. * All garbage removed from the bins inside the house must be disposed of in its proper place on the sidewalk, outside the house, where it will be collected by the city's urban cleaning company. * for security purposes we ask that the glass doors to the balcony be kept closed at night and when there is no one in the house. * please do not leave lights on. * It is prohibited to tamper with the pump room unless properly instructed to do so. *** Please note: we do not provide towels.
