The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed, a comfy memory foam mattress, Smart TV, sectional sofa and an ensuite bathroom. It’s the perfect room for families with young kids, as there’s ample space for a Pack ‘n’ Play or an air mattress. The second bedroom is cute and cozy, with a comfortable Queen-sized bed, a comfy memory foam mattress, Smart TV, and sitting chair. The third bedroom offers two twin beds which is great for kids or extra guests. This room also includes a Smart TV. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ The Havasu Hangout has two full bathrooms for your utmost convenience. We provide plenty of starter amenities to ensure your comfort, including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, and makeup-removal towels. Feel free to pack light! The ensuite bathroom attached to the primary bedroom has a large walk-in shower, a double sink vanity, and plenty of counter space and storage. The guest bathroom offers a full bath and shower combination alongside a single sink vanity. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ This peaceful home boasts a comfortable, well set up kitchen and living space that your whole family can enjoy. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you’ll need to cook your favorite meals, from utensils and dishware/bakeware to modern appliances. Our double-door refrigerator and full-sized dishwasher make meal prep and cleanup as enjoyable as the meal itself. Coffee lovers will flock to the Coffee Station and kids to the Smores station! The dining area is cozy, bright and welcoming. Gather up to six around the dining table for a delicious family meal or relaxing breakfast. On those cool spring nights, you can take dinner outside and enjoy a nice sunset! The relaxing living room boasts modern decor and a cozy sectional couch, the perfect place to chill after a fun-filled day exploring Lake Havasu. Stream your favorite shows on the large, flat-screen smart TV (set up with Hulu and Netflix), or break out the board games. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The home is located in a peaceful, residential neighborhood. With plenty of outdoor seating and stunning sunset views, it’s a relaxing place to chill out. After you catch the gorgeous sunset, switch on the patio’s string lights for that cozy vibe. Mix a few cocktails, fire up the gas BBQ grill, and enjoy a delicious cookout under the stars. The backyard is fenced—so if you’re traveling with small children , you actually get to relax! Watch the kids run around, or grab the cornhole beanbags and enjoy some friendly competition. ☆☆ Guest Access & Misc ☆☆ Our guests will enjoy access to the entire home, minus the garage. Spread across a single story, it’s a great place for families or those with accessibility needs. Please note that there is a single step to the front door and a step into the shower. We’ve included carefully-considered amenities throughout the property, including toiletries, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper. There is a washer and dryer available, and the whole property enjoys free fast Wi-Fi. Guests can self-check-in with the keypad. The driveway offers plenty of space to park your vehicles. RVs, boats or trailers can be parked to the right of the driveway as well as street parking, if needed. Currently, this is a pet free property. If animal hair or waste is found, you will be charged an additional $150 for cleaning.
