This is a great space in one of the most desirable "West of Trail" neighborhoods. Walking distance to great restaurants, only 2 miles from Downtown Sarasota, and less than 15 minute drive to both Siesta Key Beach and Lido Key. The space We are limiting the space to 2 people, no kids or pets. You do need to take steps to get to the 2nd floor. It is a private room above our detached garage with a King size bed, living room area, kitchenette, and bathroom.
