The name of this home is Cocoa's Cabana- all who visit know they are experiencing a well-deserved vacation away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. This house has added a 3rd bathroom! Bedroom layout as follows: King Bedroom with bathroom Queen Bedroom with bathroom King Bedroom shares a full hall bathroom Bunk Bedroom (one twin over twin bunk, one full over full bunk) Important Information *Primary guest must be 25 years or older unless approved by Signature Properties. Due to fraud, a driver's license and selfie must be uploaded as well as a Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement with Signature Properties must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Cancellation Policy: A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) or 180 days (rentals more than 13 nights) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) or 180 days (rentals for more than 13 nights) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $99 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee. Come see why memories are made here.
