Relax and enjoy all that the coast of Maine has to offer in our beautifully remodeled one bedroom studio. You will enjoy a private and quiet space with easy access to all that our seacoast has to offer; walking distance to historical Fort McClary, Pepperell Cove where you can eat at Frisbee's Wharf or enjoy watching a working dock, and we are right down the street from Barters Creek where fly fisherman and swimmers abound. Everything you need is here for either a short or long term stay. The space This is a quiet fully equipped studio with full kitchen and peek a boo views of Barters Creek in a nice quiet neighborhood. There are many rocky Maine coastal communities within easy reach to check out or stay local and enjoy our adorable downtown Kittery Foreside, the sandy beach at Seapoint, or all the activity in Pepperrel Cove. You will experience being in a very beautiful and peaceful place from which to explore, work remotely, or just chill. The studio is a separate space located below the main house. You have a private entrance accessible by the front walkway which does include 6 granite steps. Relax in our green space; a new patio with two Adirondack chairs to relax in and watch the abundant wildlife! The birds like to sing early so it's a nice place to have a cup of morning coffee! Inside, you will be welcomed by a spacious one bedroom studio with lovely coastal decor. The Kitchen The new kitchen has a 2 burner stovetop, a combination microwave, air fryer, and convection oven, a refrigerator, toaster, electric kettle, and a k-cup like coffee maker. There are also organic and compostable coffee pods as well as organic teas. We do our best to be 'earth' friendly so you will find cleaning products that are plant-based and have a bin for recycling. If you need something, please let us know! The Bedroom Here you will find a queen size bed with organic sheets, blanket, and bed cover. The pillows are latex for comfort and cleanliness. The Bath Here you will find a comfort height toilet, stall shower with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner pumps, a heated fog free mirror over the vanity, a tile floor with radiant heat flooring, and a washer and dryer. The Rest WiFi is available and the passcode will be provided. The TV is Roku enabled so please have your passwords to Netflix, Hulu, etc. handy. Other things to note One parking space is available on the crushed rock.
