The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, utensils, pizza pan, crock pot, skillet, pots , pans, baking sheets, toaster, oven and microwave! Bedrooms and living room have smart tvs. WiFi available! Enjoy the kayaks, lots of fishing, grilling, and fire pit! There is something for here for everyone! The space The house is located lake front on MAYO Lake. It is approximately 5 miles north of Roxboro NC home of Orange County speedway and palace pointe. You are 30 minutes north of Durham NC with unlimited things to do! You are 45 minutes away from Danville VA, home of the Caesars casino. You will be 30 minutes away from South Boston VA, home to South Boston speedway! You will be 30 minutes from Clarksville VA, home to Buggs Island Lake. You are also only 20 miles from VIR! The house is also located close to some of the NC game lands accessible by boat! There are unlimited places to go and see within an hour of the house! If you like hiking there are several trails nearby as well! This house is perfect for just about anyone! Guest access We have free parking in front of the house! You are welcome to use the kayaks, the dock, and the fire pit to your hearts desire! The house has a huge yard which is perfect for families and children to play games! Other things to note If you would like to bring your boat you can easily put it in the water at the mayo marina and drive around to the dock at the house! The drive way is large enough for a trailer to be turned around easily!
